Eastwood Manufacturing is an industrial stud manufacturer that  produces custom industrial studs for engineered OEM components and specialty applications. We specialize in manufacturing studs for custom applications that require non-standard and special configurations and materials for OEM’s and industrial distributors that require inventory of specialty studs.   

We manufacture a full line of custom studs including:

All our studs are manufactured to Industrial Fastener Institute (IFI) standards.

Our capabilities include:

  • Custom and standard bolt configurations, with diameters from 1/8” to 1 ½”
  • Custom threaded studs with threading capabilities from 1/8” to 1 ½”.  Our capabilities include all UN thread forms, metric, class 5 interference, acme, Witworth and left hand threading configurations
  • Tight tolerances, to .0002”, depending upon the material and production method
  • CNC machining
  • Forging
  • Centerless grinding

We work with a wide range of metals and plastics, including exotic and unusual materials for unique applications.  Our staff is experienced in working with non-standard materials, and will ensure that your finished stud will meet your precise specifications.  We manufacture quantities from prototype through full production runs.

Eastwood offers quality inspections and certifications if needed, including dimensional, mechanical, chemical and tensile strength certifications.  All our products are manufactured to MIL-I 45208 standards and we have the capabilities to manufacture to ASTM, SAE, DIN and customer-defined specifications.
